A new mononuclear peroxo complex of tungsten of the formula (gu)2[WO(O2)2CO(O)2(CH3)2](CH3)2CO (where gu+ = guanidinium ion, CN3H6+ion) has been synthesized and characterized by infrared, Raman, and 1H NMR spectroscopies. The crystal structure of (gu)2[WO(O2)2CO(O)2(CH3)2](CH3)2CO determined by X-ray diffraction indicates that the side-on peroxo groups and the bidentate acetone peroxide ligand bind the W(VI) centre leading to an hepta coordination mode. The guanidinium ion occurring as a counterion and the hydrogen-bound interactions stabilize the complexes. The stability of the complex in aqueous solution was determined by Raman and NMR spectroscopies. 相似文献

Background
The protection, which some BCG vaccines could confer against the development of tuberculosis (TB) in childhood, might be indirectly reflected by the subsequent development of BCG immune response. The objectives of the study were to examine effectiveness and possible differences of post-vaccination reaction to a lyophilized BCG at different age groups and to evaluate its protection against TB in a decade's period. 相似文献93.
Diffuse optical tomography is a novel imaging technique that resolves and quantifies the optical properties of objects buried in turbid media. Typically, numerical solutions of the diffusion equation are employed to construct the tomographic problem when media of complex geometries are investigated. Numerical methods offer implementation simplicity but also significant computation burden, especially when large three-dimensional reconstructions are involved. We present an alternative method of performing tomography of diffuse media of arbitrary geometries by means of an analytical approach, the Kirchhoff approximation. We show that the method is extremely efficient in computation times and consider its potential as a real-time three-dimensional imaging tool. 相似文献

The photocatalytic degradation of the organophosphorus insecticide diazinon in aqueous suspensions has been studied by using titanium dioxide as a photocatalyst. The degradation of the insecticide was a fast process and included the formation of several intermediates that were identified using GC/ion-trap mass spectrometry with EI or CI in positive and negative ionization mode and HPLC/electrospray-QqTOF mass spectrometry. Since primarily hydroxy derivatives were identified in these aqueous suspensions, the mechanism of degradation was probably based on hydroxyl radical attack. The initial oxidative pathways of the degradation of diazinon involved the substitution of sulfur by oxygen on the Pz.dbnd6;S bond, cleavage of the pyrimidine ester bond, and oxidation of the isopropyl group. Exact mass measurements of the derivatives allowed the elemental formula of the molecules to be determined confidently. Similarities to the metabolic pathways occurring in living organisms were observed. 相似文献

Suppose that n cyclically tangent discs with pairwise disjoint interiors are externally tangent to and surround the unit disc. The sharp
ring lemma in two dimensions states that no disc has a radius below c
n
(R
2) = (F
2n−3−1)−1—where F
k
denotes the kth Fibonacci number—and that the lower bound is attained in essentially unique Apollonian configurations. In this article,
generalizations of the ring lemma to three dimensions are discussed, a version of the ring lemma in three dimensions is proved,
and a natural generalization of the extremal two-dimensional configuration—thought to be extremal in three dimensions—is given.
The sharp three-dimensional ring lemma constant of order n is shown to be bounded from below by the two-dimensional constant of order n − 1. 相似文献

Fucose is a signaling carbohydrate that is attached at the end of glycan processing. It is involved in a range of processes, such as the selectin-dependent leukocyte adhesion or pathogen-receptor interactions. Mass-spectrometric techniques, which are commonly used to determine the structure of glycans, frequently show fucose-containing chimeric fragments that obfuscate the analysis. The rearrangement leading to these fragments—often referred to as fucose migration—has been known for more than 25 years, but the chemical identity of the rearrangement product remains unclear. In this work, we combine ion-mobility spectrometry, radical-directed dissociation mass spectrometry, cryogenic IR spectroscopy of ions, and density-functional theory calculations to deduce the product of the rearrangement in the model trisaccharides Lewis x and blood group H2. The structural search yields the fucose moiety attached to the galactose with an α(1→6) glycosidic bond as the most likely product. 相似文献
